Alexander Morrow D.C.

Dr. Alex has always had a passion for chiropractic care, a journey that began at just 12 years old after a dirt bike accident left him with a fractured lower back. His recovery and ongoing wellness is guided by specific Gonstead Chiropractic treatment, shaping his commitment to the profession.

During chiropractic college, Dr. Alex experienced his first Gonstead Chiropractic adjustment, and the difference in care was undeniable. He quickly immersed himself in the Gonstead technique, joining and facilitating the Gonstead Club on campus. Since then, he has logged close to 300 hours in Gonstead seminars, continually refining his skills to provide the highest level of care for his patients.

Dr. Alex has been in practice for five years, proudly continuing the legacy of Dr. Abblett’s office. He is deeply dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve optimal health through chiropractic care.

Dr. Alex has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a background in Personal Training. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Alex enjoys the great outdoors. Whether it’s camping, spending time at the lake, riding dirt bikes, or hitting the golf course, he loves making memories with his wife and kids.

Mario Alvarado D.C.

Mario is a dedicated chiropractic professional from Bay Point, CA, committed to serving his community with precision and care. Fluent in both Spanish and English, he strives to make chiropractic care accessible to a diverse range of patients.

His journey into chiropractic began with his own struggles—dealing with lower back pain from a young age. After seeing two different doctors with little success, he finally found relief through a chiropractor who practiced the Gonstead technique. That life-changing adjustment not only alleviated his pain but also shaped his decision to pursue chiropractic as a career, with a strong focus on specificity and technique.

Mario earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise and Movement Sciences from San Francisco State University. His background in human movement and biomechanics further solidified his passion for helping others achieve optimal health through chiropractic care.

Outside of the clinic, Mario enjoys staying active—lifting weights at the gym, going on hikes, and exploring new places. He also loves attending festivals and making the most of life outside of work. Currently, he is working as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA) while completing the final steps toward earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. His personal experience with chiropractic care, combined with his dedication to patient-centered treatment, drives his mission to help others live pain-free and functional lives.
