POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal physical function and enjoys working in a dynamic, patient-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose patients’ physical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, progress, and at-home care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including chiropractors, massage therapists, and athletic trainers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and clinic standards.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for patient care and outcomes.
- New graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship available.

Administration Assistant
Bilingual English/Spanish - Administrative Assistant
Location: Concord CA
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bilingual English/Spanish Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic chiropractic office in Concord CA. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities in both English and Spanish, and an interest in the field of chiropractic care. Beyond traditional secretarial duties, this position offers opportunities to advance in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments, handle phone calls, and respond to emails in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Educate and advise patients about chiropractic treatments, wellness plans, and follow-up care.
- Translate communications between staff and Spanish-speaking patients as needed.
- Process billing, insurance claims, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with office management tasks, including supply ordering and organizing patient files.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Previous experience as a secretary, receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused attitude.
- Interest or background in healthcare, chiropractic care, or wellness (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling software
